New Branson Landing Attracts Guests to Branson Hotel
Branson, Missouri, North America’s third most popular tourist destination, is the site of the new Branson Landing, an exciting waterfront boardwalk that includes 95 acres of shopping, dining and entertainment off Lake Taneycomo.
Located in the Ozark Mountains, close to Chateau on the Lake - The one and only AAA Four-Diamond Branson Hotel, Spa and Convention Center - Branson Landing’s 1.5 miles of waterfront includes a one-of-a-kind, mixed-use district neighboring historic downtown Branson, Missouri. Featuring over 100 retail stores totaling 450,000 sq. ft., Belk Department Store - the largest privately owned department store in the nation - makes its Branson debut, hosting fashions for the family and home. With a perfect lakefront location, Bass Pro Shops makes its first appearance in the Midwest as well, offering shoppers the opportunity to test boats and fishing equipment.
Branson Landing also features a new 2.5-acre town square with a 1,500-seat amphitheater and a towering, lighted water fountain with gyrating jet streams and fireballs. The incredible music, lights and water shows were designed by the creators of the Bellagio Fountains in Las Vegas.
Branson Landing has already begun to attract guests to Chateau on the Lake, the premier Branson hotel. As an addition to the city’s famous shows, theme parks and exhibits, Branson Landing promises to further the area’s reputation as a premier destination.
